For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel can only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and any hygiene seal or liner intact, in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Final-sale items (marked on the product page) are not eligible for return.

If the size isn't right, we make exchanges easy — exchange shipping is on us. For a refund instead, return shipping is paid by the customer.
