How we handle your data.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and run the store: your name, contact details, shipping/billing address, order history, and anything you choose to save to your account — items you add to your wishlist, and the fit and packaging preferences you set. We do not store full payment card details — payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment providers.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide support, and — only with your consent — send marketing. Analytics that use cookies run only after you accept them.

Your rights

You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting care@exarock.com. We comply with GDPR, KVKK and PDPL where applicable.
